- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Cod and rock with chips bought this evening. My cod was missing a lot of batter otherwise ok. The rock well, I don’t know what to say .It was obviously cooked l don’t know when , it was double fried ,grey ,and extremely dry. This was 2 consecutive times we were unhappy with the food.. I phoned to say we were not happy with the way their standards had suddenly dropped and that we would not be returning , and was offered a free meal next time or my money back.....too late....I was also told that the rock was always freshly cooked to order.... not this time,it was taken from the keep warm compartment as was the cod. We have used this takeaway for years it has always been good .....sadly not now.....By Admin, July 24, 2017
